Position Overview

Aronov Development is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide administrative support across multiple departments. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflows, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with data entry, tracking, and general recordkeeping
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks related to development activities
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, development, or property management environments
  • Familiarity with basic financial or project documentation
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or executives
