岗位职责 | Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Instruction | 教学任务
Deliver engaging visual arts lessons to students in both Primary and Middle School. The maximum regular teaching load is 22 classes per week (40 minutes per class).
负责小学及中学的视觉艺术课程教学。每周最大正常课时数为22节，每节课40分钟。
2. Curriculum Delivery | 课程实施
Develop and implement a comprehensive art curriculum (e.g., drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, digital media) that fosters creativity and technical skills.
开发并实施全面的视觉艺术课程（包括但不限于绘画、雕塑、版画、数字媒体等），培养学生的创造力和艺术技能。
3. Assessment & Grading | 评估与记录
Design assessments, evaluate student portfolios, and provide constructive feedback to track artistic growth.
设计评估方案，评价学生作品集，并提供建设性反馈，以跟踪学生的艺术发展进程。
4. Classroom & Material Management | 课堂与材料管理
Manage the art classroom environment, ensuring the safe and proper use of tools and materials. Maintain inventory of art supplies.
管理艺术教室环境，确保学生安全、正确地使用工具和材料，并维护美术耗材的库存。
5. Art Events & Collaboration | 艺术活动与协作
Organize and curate student art exhibitions within the school. Collaborate with homeroom teachers on interdisciplinary projects (e.g., art linked to Humanities or Science).
在校内组织并策划学生艺术作品展。与班主任或其他学科教师协作开展跨学科项目（如艺术与人文学科或科学学科的融合）。
6. Extracurricular Activities | 课外活动
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school-wide events. Willingness to lead an extracurricular art-related activity (e.g., Art Club, Mural Project) is preferred.
参与家长会及学校大型活动。愿意带领艺术相关的课外活动（如艺术俱乐部、壁画项目）者优先。

任职要求 | Requirements
基本条件 | Essential Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Visual Arts, or a related field.
美术、艺术教育、视觉艺术或相关专业本科及以上学历。
· Valid teaching license/certification (e.g., State Credential, PGCE, QTS).
持有合法有效的教师资格证书（如美国州教师资格证、PGCE、QTS等）。
· Native English speaker or non-native English speaker with fluent English proficiency.
英语母语或英语流利的非母语人士均可。
· Passion for cross-cultural art education and student-centered pedagogy.
热爱跨文化艺术教育，秉持以学生为中心的教学理念。
· Strong classroom management skills adaptable for both younger (Primary) and adolescent (Middle School) learners.
具备较强的课堂管理能力，能够灵活应对低龄（小学）及青少年（中学）学生的不同需求。
优先条件 | Preferred Skills
· Experience teaching visual arts in an international school setting (K-9 preferred).
具备国际学校（K-9学段优先）视觉艺术课程教学经验。
· Familiarity with EdTech tools (Google Classroom, Seesaw, etc.) for digital portfolios.

· Ability to teach basic digital arts or media design.

薪资福利 | Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: Competitive monthly package (20,000–25,000 RMB before tax, fully paid during summer and winter holidays, commensurate with experience).
薪资：月薪税前20000-25000元，寒暑假全薪（根据经验面议）。
