Job Description

Position: Chief of Staff

Location: Charleston, SC (Hybrid; travel to Raleigh, NC)

Pay: $150,000/year

Experience: At least 7 years of experience in leadership, operations, or business management roles in a high-growth environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Greene Resources is seeking a Chief of Staff to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Partner with the Chief Executive Officer to execute strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent execution across teams.
  • Improve internal processes, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead coordination across departments to support organizational growth.
  • Monitor key business metrics and support financial planning decisions.
  • Establish and enhance human resources processes and performance management systems.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure accountability on action items.
  • Act as a central communication hub across teams and leadership.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong financial and operational business acumen.
  • Experience scaling teams and improving organizational processes.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and data tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and locations.
