Experienced Hair Stylist

FS Cut & Color is looking for a talented, dependable, guest-focused stylist to join our team!

We are a busy, walk-in friendly salon with a strong local guest base, and we are looking for someone who loves making people feel confident, cared for, and excited about their hair. If you enjoy haircuts, color, styling, teamwork, and a fast-paced salon environment, this could be a great fit.

We are looking for a stylist who brings great energy, takes pride in their work, communicates well with guests, and wants to be part of a positive, professional team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide haircuts, color, styling, and finishing services for guests of all ages
• Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional guest experience
• Consult with guests to understand their goals and recommend the right services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Work as part of a team to support the overall success of the salon
• Stay open to continued learning, coaching, and growth
• Help guests feel confident from consultation to checkout

What We’re Looking For

• Current Texas cosmetology license
• At least 2 years of salon experience preferred
• Strong skills in haircuts, color, and styling
• A positive attitude and team-centered mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependability, initiative, and professionalism
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Extensions and Brazilian Blowout certification are a plus
