Job description
Alber Firm P.C. is expanding its Criminal and Family law practice across the Northern State of New Jersey and is seeking experienced Criminal and Family Law attorneys to join in leadership roles.
This opportunity is for attorneys with strong courtroom and litigation expertise, and independent case management skills. Portable business is not required — what matters is your ability to manage complex divorce and family law matters and contribute to firm leadership.

Ideal Candidate:
· Admitted to the New Jersey Bar
· 3+ years litigation experience in matrimonial and/or criminal law
· First-chair trial experience preferred
· Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills
· Comfortable leading complex litigation independently
Regional Opportunities:
Our cases span Hudson, Essex, Bergen Counties and eventually the entire State of New Jersey.
