Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner at our facility in Arvada, CO. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions, managing patient health plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Additional duties may involve supporting sports medicine and occupational health services provided by the clinic.
