Family Service Advisor (Cemetery Sales)

Location:  Calvary Catholic Cemetery, San Jose & Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Los Altos

Are you looking for a meaningful career that blends sales with service? We are hiring a Family Service Advisor   specialist to help families with pre-need planning and at-need cemetery arrangements. In this role, you will walk alongside families during life’s most sensitive moments, providing guidance, support, and reassurance while honoring their values and wishes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of performance-based sales experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation to work at both locations - Calvary & Gate of Heaven
• Prospecting and lead generation experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Passion for helping people through important life decisions
• Comfort working in a mission-driven, Catholic environment ( all faith backgrounds are welcome to apply )
• Driven to succeed and willing to put in the work to build your business

Responsibilities

• You will focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of the families
• You will control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you
