Job Title: Flow Controller (Supply Chain & Logistics Projects)

Location: Franklin, TN 37067 (Hybrid – 1 Month Onsite, Then Flexible Schedule)

Pay Rate: $38–$41/hour (W2 – No Benefits)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Mon - Fri

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Flow Controller, you’ll support and lead initiatives that improve supply chain performance:

• Design and optimize transportation flows and international logistics lanes.
• Drive improvements in lead time, inventory, and transportation efficiency.
• Support global and North American logistics projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Transportation, Customs, IT, Finance, Planning).
• Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and implement solutions.
• Develop and present project updates, KPIs, and business impact reports.
• Lead or participate in flow workshops and transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of international commerce & transportation flows.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize transit times.
• Advanced Excel & reporting skills.
• Confident presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred – collaboration with Mexico-based teams).
• Experience working in global supply chain environments.
