Graphic Designer / Videographer

Black Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) builds premium home-improvement brands (DOMINATOR®, AQUA-X®, OBSESS®) sold nationwide on Amazon, Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and in DTC channels.

We are adding to our Marketing & Design team and seeking a competitive, revenue-driven Graphic Designer / Videographer who understands that design is a performance function.

What This Role Really Is

You will create high-impact assets that:

• Stop the scroll
• Increase conversion rates
• Win against aggressive competitors
• Elevate premium positioning
• Drive measurable sales growth

Your work will influence retail velocity, conversion performance, and brand perception.

This is not a support role. This is a performance role.

What You’ll Create

Revenue-Driving Creative

• Amazon listing images, A+ content, DTC creative
• Premium packaging and label design
• Infographics that outperform category competitors
• Continuous optimization based on performance data

Video That Converts

• Concept, shoot, and edit product demos and ads
• Translate technical product features into compelling customer stories
• Create paid and organic social content that performs

End-to-End Execution

• Concept → design → proof → production
• Vendor coordination and production-ready files
• On-time delivery without sacrificing excellence

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• 5+ years professional graphic design experience
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required
• Physical product packaging experience required
• Experience filming and editing video required
• Strong understanding of conversion-driven design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in competitive eCommerce (Amazon preferred)

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

To be considered, you must submit:

1. A professional portfolio (digital + print + packaging required)
2. At least one product packaging project
3. At least one video project you filmed and edited
4. A brief explanation of the objective and results (if available) for 2–3 projects
