Now Hiring: Seasonal Greenhouse Associates

We’re looking for motivated, reliable team members to help keep our greenhouses thriving during the busy season. Whether you’ve worked with plants for years or are just getting started, this is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing.

What You’ll Do

• Water, care for, and maintain a wide variety of plants including annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, and tropicals
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing incoming plant shipments
• Restock and merchandise plants to keep displays full, clean, and visually appealing
• Create and update pricing and signage as needed
• Monitor plant health and alert team members to any issues
• Help customers select plants and provide basic care guidance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the greenhouse
• Assist with general customer service and support during busy times

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift
• Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work in warm, humid, and varying weather conditions
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Experience & Skills

• No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Have experience? Even better. Knowledge of plant types, care, and merchandising is a plus and will be put to good use
• Interest in gardening, plants, or outdoor work is strongly preferred
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and team-oriented mindset are key
