The IT Service Delivery Coordinator will support the delivery of IT services across Tanner Pharma, helping to ensure that all integrated technology is executed efficiently and effectively and enhanced on an ongoing schedule. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Role Accountabilities

Expected Responsibilities for the IT Service Delivery Coordinator are:

  • Support the Service Delivery Manager with the delivery of IT services from our Managed service provider, ensuring that service level objectives are met.
  • Support the planning and execution of all enhancements to applications in production, helping to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and provide support for applications that align with our business requirements
  • Reach out to companies and to be initial point of contact for touchpoint and set up of demos
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
  • Support the security, reliability, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Support buildout of Base IT budget.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and assess their potential impact on the company.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support ongoing validation requirements for all applications in production, including release management and enhancement requests.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Support the transition of technology initiatives from development to production, including system documentation, testing, training, and validation, where applicable.
  • Own support of applications in production, including level 1 break/fix and liaison with application support for escalation needs.

Desired Candidate Profile & Capabilities

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent role-related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Hands-on Experience in NetSuite of at least 3 years.
  • Strong proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in the Charlotte, NC office, or remote work.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary commensurate with experience $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
