Associate Attorney (0–6 Years’ Experience)

A well-established and growing business litigation law firm with a complementary real estate practice is seeking an Associate Attorney or Experienced Attorney to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified attorney looking to build a strong foundation in litigation and transactional work while receiving hands-on training and mentorship in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of business litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Support case strategy, discovery, and preparation for hearings
• Assist with real estate-related matters as needed
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of legal experience (required)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Litigation experience is a plus but not required
• A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn and grow
