About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our team in New York This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across a range of business projects.

We are looking for hunger over experience. We need our next wave of leaders to help sustain the growth we have been experiencing.

You will work alongside senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support planning, coordination and delivery. Full training and development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling and task coordination
  • Prepare project updates, reports, documentation and meeting summaries
  • Assist with tracking deadlines, risks, issues and deliverables
  • Communicate with stakeholders, team members and external partners
  • Help monitor budgets and resource allocation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and project governance processes

About You

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferable (not essential - all backgrounds considered)
