Key Responsibilities:

• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations for CNC machining centers and related equipment assembly.
• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to support production efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
• Utilize CAD/CAM tools to support tooling design, fixtures, routings, and process documentation.
• Lead or support manufacturing and process‑related projects from concept through implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to implement engineering changes.
• Analyze workflows, equipment layouts, and material flow to improve throughput and reduce cost.
• Support new product introductions and transitions from engineering into manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, process standards, and system data.
• Serve as a technical resource for production teams and assist with training and process standardization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Six Sigma training or certification.
• Experience supporting or working within CNC machine assembly or equipment manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing engineering or CNC‑focused role.
• Strong experience with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or SmartCAM.
• Working knowledge of CNC machine programming.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and structured manufacturing environments (ISO, standardized work, lean operations).

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000
