Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Peter Mirijanian Public Affairs. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's daily schedule, including diary management and appointment coordination. Responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support, organizing and preparing documents, managing correspondence, and performing ad-hoc personal assistance tasks to support the CEO’s professional and personal priorities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and managing schedules
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Prior experience supporting executives is a plus
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to work independently
