Product Manager - Healthcare Architectural Building Products - Base Salary to 158k/year - Lebanon, NJ

  • Our client is an inspiring global leader in Architectural Building Products with 70+ years of experience in a wide range of markets. They have a full-time direct hire opportunity for a Product Manager to drive growth and innovation within their Healthcare Building Products Division to guide their Product Strategy for this market.
  • The Product Manager will possess expertise in the Healthcare Market with a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial drivers, and industry trends; ability to be the Voice of the Customer (VoC), combined with knowledge of Product Strategy for Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Architectural products in order to lead their strategic development of Healthcare focused Interior Architectural Building product solutions and services. This is a hybrid or remote position with headquarters in Lebanon, NJ with 50% national travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the overarching Product Strategy for the Healthcare Market.
  • Engage with architects, designers, facility managers, contractors, healthcare staff, and other decision makers to uncover pain points and emerging trends.
  • Conduct VoC (Voice of the Customer) programs and analysis for innovation.
  • Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends in technology, value delivery, codes, new materials, aesthetics, life safety, sustainability, resiliency etc.
  • Define, own, and improve the Healthcare Product roadmap. Partner with Product Management, R&D, Operations, and Marketing to deliver new concepts from exploration through commercialization.
  • Articulate value proposition and advise on the marketing strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting and business unit management to assemble and evaluate market potential and financial forecasts for the Healthcare market.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business, Architecture, or Industrial Design preferred.
  • Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Delivery, or Interior Architectural Product Design experience within construction, industrial, manufacturing, or architectural industry product lines is required
  • 5+ years within Healthcare Market required – Hospital, Continuous Care, Behavior Health, or Retail Medical - Deep understanding of this particular market dynamics, financial drivers, and industry trends.
  • Proven experience translating customer insights into product solutions.

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 120k - 158k/year range
