Project Coordinator – Healthcare Construction (Confidential | Atlanta)
A growing commercial construction firm is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project teams on healthcare and commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management within a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
• Coordinate meetings and maintain project records
• Track subcontractor contracts, invoices, and change orders
• Help maintain quality control and safety documentation
• Assist with closeout and punch list processes
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of construction project coordination or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to read construction drawings preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Experience with Procore or similar construction software preferred
