Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Chicago, IL. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of signage projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, managing logistics, monitoring project timelines, inspecting quality and compliance, and addressing challenges to meet project goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high standards are met and client satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Project Management, including the ability to plan, organize, and oversee project lifecycles effectively
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure project timelines are maintained and deliverables are on schedule
  • Experience with Inspection and quality assurance to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of resources and materials to support smooth project execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to overcome challenges and ensure project success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the signage, construction, or design industry is an advantage
