Job Description

What we are looking for

We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager who can drive the deployment of EV charging infrastructure across central Europe region. This role goes beyond pure project execution. You will combine engeerning capabilities with commercial mindset to support our regional expansion.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of EV charging projects from planning to commissioning.

2. Manage project budgets, timelines, safety and quality standards.

3. Lead the demonstration and optimization of technical solutions, provide on-site technical guidance.

4. Navigate permitting, grid connection, and contractor coordination.

5. Organize and manage on-site subcontractors and suppliers.

6. Identify potential project risks, formulate and implement risk response plans.

7. Collect and archive project progress reports, quality inspection records, as-built documents, settlement documents, etc., to ensure complete and traceable records.

8. Support negotiations with location partners and key stakeholders.

What you bring:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy and Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, energy, or EV charging project management.

3. Familiar with local engineering and construction regulations in central Europe, as well as the full process of EV charger construction, installation, commissioning, and acceptance, knowledge of European electrical engineering standards.

4. Competent in budget preparation, cost control, risk assessment, contract management, and supplier management.

5. Experience working with grid operators, authorities, and EPC partners. Ability to operate independently in cross-border and fast-growth environments.

6. Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong business and technical communication skills, additional European languages (German, French, Dutch, etc.) are a plus.
