We're working with a stable & successful manufacturing company in Conklin, NY to hire a Marketing & Business Development Manager. This is a direct hire position with full benefits!

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll be responsible for all aspects of marketing for a progressive B2B business in the materials processing industry.

• Responsible for the creation, implementation, and successful management of a strategic marketing plan including traditional marketing tools:
• Trade Shows
• Direct Mail Campaign, Marketing Collateral
• Market Research
• New product launch
• Customer acquisition/retention/re-engagement
• Benchmarking; analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales & market data & competitor analysis.

Digital Marketing tools:

• Web presence-search engine optimization, Social Media
• Analytics
• Hiring, Managing and evaluating outside advertising and marketing agencies
• Coordinate effectively with other company departments to achieve corporate objectives.
• Responsible for continuous improvement of all aspects of Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with existing customers to develop relationships and grow their business
• Experience managing and optimizing all Marketing aspects of a progressive B to B environment.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentational and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Internet Technology skills; Managing and updating websites
• Strong project management skills
• Graphic Design, Search Engine Optimization, Google Search Ads, Video Editing
