Looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial activities of development projects. A valued member of the Accounting Team, you will also work closely with the Construction, Development and Finance Teams, lending institutions, and external stakeholders. Reconciling and preparing monthly financial statements, including the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and budgets.
