Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive – Established Independent Agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise commercial clients on coverage options and risk management strategies
• Manage the full policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, and service requests
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Maintain accurate client and policy data within agency systems
• Ensure policies are handled accurately and serviced in a timely manner
• Contribute to team initiatives and overall agency goals

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience within an independent agency
• Experience with large commercial accounts
• Active Property & Casualty license in MA
• Strong communication, client service, and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
