Senior Content Creator

Salary : 90K - 120K

Hybrid Schedule : 2 days onsite per week

The Senior Content Creator will lead the production of high-quality video content across multiple platforms—commercials, branded content, social media, and digital campaigns. This role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit footage into compelling narratives that align with client goals and creative briefs.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Animate 2D motion graphics, titles, and visual effects for use across video and digital platforms.
• Videography: Plan, shoot, and direct video content, including setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment for both studio and on-location productions.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments.
• Post-Production Management: Manage color grading, sound design, and final delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
• Asset Management: Manage and organize digital assets, including raw footage, photos, and edited files, to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility; ensure all assets meet brand and technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, copywriters, producers, and account managers to bring concepts to life.
• Mentorship: Guide and support junior editors and production staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and videography - preferably in an agency or production environment.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, or similar tools a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound, and visual composition.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with hard deadlines.
• A strong portfolio or reel showcasing editing, animation, and shooting abilities.
• Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to independently evaluate work for accuracy and adherence to established design criteria.
• Demonstrated ability in adapting brand voices and visual identities to videos.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable presenting ideas and feedback.
• Ability to manage projects from ideation to production, through post-production and delivery.
• Good presentation skills.
