Design Engineer MGT Insurance · Hybrid
We're looking for a senior Design Engineer who lives at the intersection of design and code. You're the person who mocks something up in Figma, then opens a terminal and builds it — or prompts Claude Code to build it while you art-direct the output. You care deeply about craft, and your portfolio proves it.
What you'll do
Design and ship customer-facing web experiences end to end. That means owning the full arc: research and ideation, design prototypes, and production front-end code in Next.js. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and marketing, but you won't be waiting on anyone to translate your designs into pixels — you'll do it yourself, or pair with AI tools to move faster than a traditional handoff process allows.
