Job Summary
This Senior Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and will be responsible for leadership development & coaching strategies and solutions across The Aspen Group. This role will partner closely with the Director, TAG Leadership Development & Coaching and key business partners at The Aspen Group to create and implement leadership development & coaching learning strategies, solutions and programs for leaders across the organization.
The Senior Manager, Leadership Development & Coaching is a proven leader who can effectively collaborate with Learning & Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, Finance, Operations and senior leaders across the organization and industry. This leader is a strong performance consultant who can develop and execute leadership strategies and solutions to build capability and confidence across all audiences in the organization. This leader has experience orchestrating organizationally complex work and demonstrating business impact through data.
