Job Description

Salary: $132,400 - 251,600 per year Requirements:

• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 10 years of relevant experience unless otherwise restricted by local laws
• Proficiency in systems engineering and/or design
• Knowledge of system performance and/or mission planning analysis
• Experience with modeling and simulation, including Operations Analysis and 6-DOFs
• Familiarity with software architecture, design, development, integration, and verification
• Background in at least one Raytheon mission domain such as Land Warfare, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, or Naval Power
• Proven ability to develop system architectures and familiarity with RTX Enterprise Architecture Process, DoDAF, or UAF
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance, as U.S. citizenship is mandatory for eligibility

• Develop system architectures and system-of-system (SoS) architectures to enhance customer mission success
• Lead teams in the creation of system architectures and architecture models utilizing Cameo
• Collaborate in a team setting with RTX Certified Architects and architect apprentices
• Create system and SoS architecture models in Cameo, adhering to SysML, UAF, TOGAF, and other relevant standards
• Architect compelling solutions for proposals across complex technological domains, often under tight deadlines
• Work alongside the Capture Team and various leaders to enhance proposal outcomes
• Innovate and implement architecture methods and tools for SoS
• Travel as necessary, approximately 10% to various locations
