Job Description:
An SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator with SMT solder repair capabilities operates, maintains, and programs PCB assembly machinery (e.g., pick-and-place, reflow ovens). They specialize in hand-soldering, reworking, and troubleshooting delicate micro-components to fix assembly defects and ensure boards meet strict industry quality standards. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

work hours: 05:30 AM - 04:00 PM
