Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute digital content strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with a strong ability to balance creativity, analytics, and time management. This role requires managing a high volume of content across 20 social media accounts while maintaining consistent brand voice, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain 20 social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Plan, create, and schedule a minimum of four (4) content posts per week per account, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Produce and/or coordinate the creation of at least two (2) video content pieces per account per month, optimized for platform-specific performance.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all assigned accounts.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across all platforms.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously (preferably 10+ accounts).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using insights and data to improve performance.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Workload Expectations:

This role requires managing a high volume of deliverables, including:

  • 80 content posts per week (4 posts × 20 accounts)
  • 40 video contents per month (2 videos × 20 accounts)

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain quality and consistency while handling this workload efficiently.
