✨ About the Role:

As a Pediatric SLPA at OASIS, you’ll help children (birth–21 years) improve speech, language, and cognition using fun, functional, and therapeutic play. You'll support and implement treatment plans designed by licensed SLPs and collaborate closely with a team of dedicated providers who love what they do.

✨ What You’ll Do:

✅ Carry out SLP treatment sessions under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP.

✅ Make therapy fun, motivating, and purposeful for each child

✅ Support documentation of patient progress and response to treatment

✅ Collaborate with families, therapists, service coordinators, translators, office administrators, and support staff to encourage success at home and in the clinic

✅ Refer families to relevant resources as needed

✅ Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic policies

✅ Participate in staff meetings and trainings

✅ Celebrate every victory—big and small!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ SLPA in Colorado (active ASHA certification)

✅ Experience or interest in working with pediatrics

✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills

✅ CPR certification (preferred)

✅ Positive energy, adaptability, and a heart for kids!
