Staff Accountant

$60,000 – $70,000 per year (DOE)

Full-Time | In-Office

Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support accounting and payroll operations. This role will handle general accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close
• Process invoices, expense reports, and customer payments
• Support billing and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll records
• Support financial reporting, job cost tracking, and WIP schedules
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Payroll processing experience required
• Construction or job cost accounting experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Work Environment

• In-office position in the DFW area
• Occasional extended hours during payroll cycles or month-end close
