Training Specialist , you'll design and deliver learning experiences that build confidence, skills, and real-world capability across the Driver Licensing team.
What You'll Do - Design and deliver engaging training using a variety of methods.
- Develop new courses and update existing materials.
- Assess learning needs and tailor training to your audience.
- Coordinate training sessions for new teammates and existing.
- Track outcomes and maintain training records.
- Update, track and maintain forms, communications, training materials, manuals etc.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Previous knowledge and expertise in training and the development of a training program.
- Knowledge of various training software and programs.
- Skill to develop training platforms and development paths within the department.
- Ability to communicate professionally and to have a passion for connecting with and training others.
