Overview
Surgical Tech – CVOR/Hybrid Cath Lab travel assignment in Glenwood Springs, CO. This travel position starts 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks with a guaranteed 40 hours per week on a 4x10 rotating shift, working in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,061 to $2,220 per week. Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile CVOR and hybrid cath lab environment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Assist the surgical team during CVOR and cath lab cases by passing instruments, retractors, and equipment; maintain instrument counts.
- Aid with patient positioning, draping, and setup; ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols.
- Manage specimen labeling, documentation, and room turnover to support efficient case flow.
- Collaborate with the cardiovascular team to support infection control and safety standards throughout procedures.

Requirements
- Active Colorado CST license (DORA) required
- CVOR CST experience required
- Certification in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA or AST or NCCT)
- Graduation from an accredited scrub technologist program
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to work in a hospital CVOR/cath lab environment on a travel assignment; travelers must reside at least 75 miles away from the facility
