Overview
Surgical Tech needed for a travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Morrisville, Vermont. Start date: 06/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,663 to $1,726 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Rotating. This assignment includes an on-call component and requires compliance with applicable state and federal health care regulations.

Responsibilities
- Assist the circulator and surgeon by preparing and maintaining a sterile field throughout procedures
- Maintain a safe, sterile environment and monitor compliance with sterile technique and infection control standards
- Help manage instrument counts, handle specimens, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during cases
- Assist with patient positioning, draping, suctioning, retraction, and other intraoperative tasks as directed
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and patient safety protocols
- Support turnover of operating rooms and assist with equipment checks and room readiness between cases

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in rotating shifts and an on-call schedule
- Travel eligibility and ability to commit to a 13-week assignment
- Capacity to comply with applicable state and federal health care laws, regulations, and policies
- Ability to meet credentialing and compliance requirements as part of the assignment process
