About the Company

Our client, a successful financial technology and services company, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to coordinate cashiering activities and manage money movement on behalf of the company’s clients. The selected candidate will also be responsible for ensuring all activity is accurately reflected in the company’s proprietary systems.

About the Role

The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing cash flow and ensuring accurate financial transactions for the company’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash deposits and disbursements, including checks, wires, ACH, transfers, bill payments, and fees
• Reconcile DDA accounts for wires, checks, and cash balances
• Process sweep activity in accordance with client money market daily deadlines
• Run and distribute overdraft reports to assist clients with cash management
• Balance system totals with daily cash activity
• Review and complete client requests submitted through workflow tickets
• Provide client support via phone and email
• Follow a daily schedule to ensure tasks are completed within established timelines
• Adhere to operating procedures in accordance with audit requirements

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 3+ years of experience in banking, finance, or treasury operations

Required Skills

• Knowledge of accounting, balancing, banking, and electronic payment processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics strongly preferred

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
