Tenet Healthcare is partnering with an established and rapidly growing private vascular surgery group in the Phoenix metropolitan area to recruit a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to meet increasing patient demand across multiple West Valley locations.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused vascular program with strong referral volume, advanced procedural capabilities, and the ability to quickly build a busy and rewarding practice in a well-supported clinical environment.

Opportunity Highlights

• Full-time private practice opportunity
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Shared hospital call (approximately 1–2 weeks per month)
• Multi-location outpatient practice serving the greater Phoenix metro area
• Established referral network generating strong procedural and clinic demand
• Privileges at major West Valley hospitals, including Abrazo West Campus

Clinical Responsibilities

• Office-based clinical/procedural care: ~45%
• Operating room/surgical cases: ~45%
• Hospital rounding: ~10%

Patient Volume

• Approximately 20 clinic patients per day
• 5–10 surgical cases per week, depending on case mix

Practice Support & Resources

• Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each physician
• Surgery schedulers and procedural coordination team
• Sonographers and imaging support
• Authorization and benefits coordination staff
• Billing, call center, and administrative leadership support
• Office-based lab equipped with advanced vascular imaging technology

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and collaborative team practice
