About the Role
As an Account Manager (Opener), you'll be the first point of contact with merchants. Your job is to create opportunities: reaching out to prospects, generating leads, and preparing them for payment plan or settlement discussions with our senior closers. You'll use our internal lead sheets and files, work the phones daily, and open the door for deals that turn into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call and prospect merchants to generate new business
Review and contact leads from our internal sheets and files
Qualify prospects and transition them to senior account managers
Work with team leaders to hit daily and weekly performance targets
Drive a consistent pipeline of merchants ready for payment plan discussions
What We're Looking For
Background in sales, negotiations, or collections (preferred)
Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone
Organized, disciplined, and able to follow structured processes
Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
Eager to learn, open to coaching, and hungry to advance
Compensation & Benefits
$500 base pay weekly
10% commission on deals you generate — no cap on earnings
