About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team, with a primary focus on creating high-impact visuals for Amazon while also supporting digital creative needs across the business. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt creative for a variety of platforms and formats.

Your work will directly impact Amazon performance, designing carousel images, A+ Content, and Brand Store assets, while also expanding into email campaigns, paid social media, homepage features, and site graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Design

o Create compelling marketing materials and content for email campaigns, paid social media, homepage features, site graphics, and more.

o Deliver creative that fits the unique needs of each platform, while staying true to the Chemical Guys brand.

• Amazon Creative

o Design carousel images, A+ Content, and Brand Store pages.

o Develop Sponsored Brand ad assets and templates for Sponsored Brand Videos (as needed).

o Ensure all designs meet Amazon’s technical requirements and brand standards.

• Collaboration

o Work closely with the Amazon content team to align creative with brand positioning, campaign strategy, and merchandising priorities.

o Partner cross-functionally with social, video, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.

• Data-Driven Iteration

o Utilize performance analytics and insights to refine creative for improved click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

o Test and iterate designs for Amazon and other digital platforms.

• Departmental Support

o Assist with additional graphics and marketing responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the marketing department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with significant experience designing for Amazon strongly preferred.
• Experience across digital channels (email, paid social, web) is also valuable, and candidates with strong digital portfolios will be considered.
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional language(s) are an advantage.
• Must submit a portfolio of recent design work (including Amazon creative examples). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Location: Torrance onsite

Compensation Range: $70,304 - $75k annually
