Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to creative projects, and ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events from concept through completion
  • Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site operations
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Prepare event materials, schedules, and documentation
  • Monitor timelines and ensure all event elements are completed on schedule
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
