Job Description: Carmel Kitchen Specialists is looking for the newest member of our sales and design team as a Kitchen and Bath designer. If you are passionate about design and driven to build quality, stunning projects for your customers, this is the right fit for you. As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs, and transform those ideas into stunning and functional designs. Your expertise in space planning, product knowledge, and design aesthetics will be essential in delivering exceptional kitchen and bath solutions.
- Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for their kitchen design projects.
- Create detailed kitchen designs.
- Present design concepts and layouts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, appliances, and fixtures to ensure the highest quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with contractors, tradespeople, suppliers, and other team members to ensure the seamless execution of design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and technologies in kitchen and bath design.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen and Bath Designer.
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles, space planning, and ergonomics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, motivated, and a creative flair with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong customer service skills
