Salary: $101,000 - 203,000 per year Requirements:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: Embedded C++ Software, Embedded Software Security, Software Architecture Design and Implementation.
• Proficiency with embedded Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, or Linux.
• Experience in developing complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software.
• Active and transferable final Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance, required prior to start date with the capability of obtaining program access thereafter.

• Design, architect, implement, test, and troubleshoot integrated embedded real-time software within heterogeneous systems that include firmware and hardware.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to define, refine, and enhance product concepts, implementation strategies, testability, and ensure measurable quality.
• Provide teaching, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Contribute to proposal development and participate in preliminary and critical design reviews.
• Ensure eligibility to obtain program access as required.
