Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a driven and versatile professional with a strong sales background and proven success in cultivating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proven sales and possess technical production knowledge, experience as a solo freelance videographer, and exceptional communication skills. This role involves active prospecting, relationship building, and collaborating with high-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives. Willingness to travel is required. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct meticulous photo shoots and video recordings for high-end residential properties, ensuring each image and video captures the essence of the property.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand and fulfill their specific photography and videography needs.
• Use advanced photography and videography techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to produce superior quality images and videos.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, including secure file management and timely backups.
• Consistently meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in real estate photography and videography.
• Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence through every interaction and deliverable.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in real estate photography and videography, specifically with high-end properties.
• Mastery of professional photography and videography equipment, including:
• Camera capable of 4K 60fps
• 16mm Full Frame Equivalent lens
• 24-70mm lens
• Other necessary video and photo equipment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel within New York City.
• High-speed internet connection for fast and secure photo and video uploads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
