Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated patching frameworks for
• Oracle including RAC Exadata
• SQL Server
• IBM Db2
• MongoDB MySQL MariaDB PostgreSQL Cassandra
• Develop end to end patching pipelines including
• Version discovery
• Prechecks post checks
• Compliance validation
• Reporting and dashboards
• Build and maintain Automation Workflows using Rundeck Ansible Terraform MFO GitLab CICD or Azure DevOps
• Develop reusable automation frameworks and templates for infrastructure operations
• Create and maintain scripts using Python and other scripting languages Shell PowerShell
• Integrate automation workflows with monitoring scheduling and orchestration tools
• Integrate patching automation with CMDB service management and change control workflows ServiceNow preferred
• Collaborate with OS Database and Security teams to ensure compliant and scalable automation
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize existing automation processes
• Document automation designs workflows and operational procedures

Mandatory Skills

• Automation Tools
• Ansible playbooks roles inventories
• Rundeck job orchestration scheduling
• Terraform GitLab CICD
• MFO Managed File Processing relevant enterprise automation tool
• Programming Scripting
• Python strong hands-on experience
• Shell scripting Bash and/or PowerShell
• Automation Expertise
• Proven experience implementing patching automation solutions
• Automation for largescale enterprise environments

Good to Have

• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems
• Linux RHEL Oracle Linux Ubuntu
• Windows Server
• Database Knowledge
• Oracle DB2 PostgreSQL or other enterprise databases
