Job Description

Senior Product Manager ,Owns the product portfolio strategy defining vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals and drives end-to-end product development, translating market and user needs into deliverable features.

Responsibilities:

• Leads end-to-end product development by translating market needs into requirements, ensuring scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, QA, marketing, and stakeholders to deliver, launch, and optimize products.
• Monitors performance metrics, drives continuous improvements, and provides thought leadership on industry trends and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience as noted below.
• 8+ years of hands-on product management experience developing innovative, technical products .
• Experience managing modern integration solutions such as API Management, IBM ACE, and TIBCO.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and AWS platforms.
• Experience enabling AI integrations within complex technical environments;
• familiarity with agentic AI platforms, AI/ML model deployment via APIs, and ability to evaluate and roadmap AI enhancements that align with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
• Working knowledge of software development processes, including Agile Scrum Methodologies and Software Product Development Lifecycle .
• Ability to establish product strategy, develop associated tactical plans, and drive implementation.
• Ability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests, set release schedules, and create product forecasts .
• Strong business acumen while considering external factors, changing business environments, and future stakeholder needs when developing strategy .
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results across cross-functional stakeholders .
• Recognized as a subject matter expert providing knowledge and counsel across the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, being able to quickly gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels .
• Product Management certification preferred.
