Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Experience in managing Multiple Maximo programs in parallel

2. Strong customer communication and management experience

3. Stakeholder management with end-to-end ownership for driving business value for complex programs.

4. Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).

5. MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).

6. Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher.

7. Knowledge of following Maximo add-ons and related technologies

a. Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above

b. MAS Health & Monitor

c. MAS Predict & MRIO (preferable)

Hands-on experience in MAS on IBM SaaS model.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Managing Multiple Maximo programs in parallel

2. Stakeholder management with end-to-end ownership for driving business value for complex programs.

3. Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.

4. Hands-on approach with agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.

5. Delivery ownership for complex programs in close collaboration with Customer & internal stakeholders.

6. Review & report compliance with delivery milestones and plan-ahead for subsequent quarters.

7. Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

1. Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑complexity IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) enhancement programs, ensuring scope, quality, and timeline adherence across releases.

2. Lead hands‑on agile execution by driving solution design and implementation for epics in collaboration with internal teams and third‑party vendors.

3. Manage stakeholder alignment and delivery governance by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies across customer and internal organizations.

4. Provide executive‑level status reporting and forward planning, enabling informed decision‑making and quarter‑ahead roadmap execution.
